EYEWEAR WARRANTY

Woodzee offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.*

To qualify, you must have proof of purchase from an authorized Woodzee dealer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, environmental damage, scratched lenses, loss or theft. Environmental damage includes, but is not limited to excessive heat, moist environment, or subfreezing temperatures. This warranty does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. Woodzee will review your claim and if your eye wear is deemed defective, we will repair or replace your eye wear at no cost to you. 

 

SALE ITEMS OR FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE WOODZEE WARRANTY PROGRAM. This is due to the significant discounts in pricing sale or final sale items, all warranty related issues are null & void. The RECYCLE PROGRAM is still valid to any & all Woodzee Sunglasses for life which includes 50% OFF the next purchase if the customer returns their retired Woodzee Sunglasses.

KEEP GLASSES LIKE NEW:

  • To rejuvenate dried-out wood, use beeswax, or butcher block oil.
  • Keep glasses in original case when not being worn.
  • Clean lenses with lens cleaner and provided microfiber pouch.
  • To maintain fit, use eyeglass toolkit to tighten screws.
  • Seek professional assistance to clean stains.

WATCH WARRANTY

Woodzee offers a limited warranty of materials and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. To qualify, you must have proof of purchase from an authorized Woodzee dealer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, batteries, crystal, band, watch case, loss or theft. This warranty does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. Woodzee will review your claim and if your watch is deemed defective, we will repair or replace at no cost to you.
