Returns and exchanges postmarked within 14 days of delivery are eligible for refund to the original form of payment. Orders within the continental U.S. receive free return shipping. See below for further information and instructions.

What's your return policy?

Returns and exchanges postmarked within 14 days of delivery are eligible for refund to the original form of payment.

Sunglasses must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging; sunglasses returned after being worn or used within the 14 day return window will not be accepted back for a refund. We allow for the sunglasses to be tried on at home to determine if the fit is right, and if they aren’t the perfect fit, then they can be returned or exchanged within the 14 day return.

How should I ship my return or exchange?

Eligible returns and exchanges within the U.S. postmarked within 14 days can be shipped free using the return shipping label included with your original order. If your order did not come with a return label, please email woodzee@woodzee.com or give us a call at 1-877-370-1777 to see if you are eligible for free return shipping.

For international returns and exchanges, we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Your credit card will be refunded within 3-5 days of the return being processed.
